Strabag unit Zueblin is building the Congreshotel & Residential Tower Overhoeks in Amsterdam.
The project comprises a 110-metre hotel tower with 579 rooms as well as a 101-meter residential tower with more than 230 apartments.
Operator will be the German hotel group Maritim.
