The German top consultant Martin Rahmann has been elected the new president of FCSI Worldwide up from January 1, 2018. The election was unanimous, Mr Rahmann discovered on a Facebook post, sent from the global board meeting in Amsterdam.
The long-year experienced hospitality adviser from Germany was president of FCSI divisions in Germany and Europe years earlier. He has been a member of the board of directors of FCSI Worldwide.
Martin Rahmann has extensive experience and is at home in the foodservice and hospitality industry. After he completed his apprenticeship as a hotel expert in his first years, he studied at the Hotelfachschule Heidelberg in Germany and acquired significant practical experience in the industry. For nearly ten years he also worked to get the BBG Consulting Company, the earliest consultancy for both hospitality and foodservice in Germany. He had been Managing Director for several years until he began his own business enterprise, Agere Consulting in Erkrath near Dusseldorf in Western Germany.
