More fun at the job – Rezidor’s budget design hotel group Prizeotel started an innovative HR marketing campaign based on emoji. „In order to gain new talents, we want to position ourselves especially digitally particularly strongly, the social media range ranges from Instagram over Facebook to job portals. Digital space is the first stop for training, employer and career information. The Generation Y and Digital Natives are specifically targeted at how they communicate with each other. Emotional stories underpin the unconventional hotel concept of Prizeotel: flexible, modern and simply different,“ CEO Marco Nussbaum said.
Already over 60 team members are active at the Prizeotel locations in Germany – Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover. Four other projects in Germany and Switzerland with a total of 995 rooms are under development, so a careful process of recruiting is of particular importance to Prizeotel. The People’s Business of the chain relies on a forward-looking corporate structure: unconventional, flexible and without the previously known form of the classic hotel operator’s hierarchy. Each team member is self-responsible – that is the successful recipe, which ensures satisfied employees and thus also satisfied guests.
