Unusual times call for all the more decisive measures: NOVUM Hospitality expands the HR offensive once again and gains German hospitality expert Olaf P. Beck as Director of Human Relations. In the newly created position, the distinguished top hotelier will report directly to the Executive Board headed by Chief Executive Officer & Owner David Etmenan and CEO Mortesa Etmenan from 19 March and will support the existing know-how in recruiting and talent development.

With Mr. Beck, the top management of Novum Hotels, Select Hotels and the groundbreaking new lifestyle sustainability brand niu – niu stands for native, inspiring, urban – will once again be expanded with a very experienced leader.
Olaf P. Beck has been a top motivator at the head of renowned hotels such as Hotel Gates Berlin, Side Hotel Hamburg and Graeflicher Park Hotel & Spa Bad Driburg as well as at Albeck & Zehden and Aalernhues resort St. Peter-Ording, implementing successful concepts for recruiting and promoting employees. “Freshly inspired, I am entering this challenge, which I will accompany with innovative campaigns as a master discipline for successful hotels,” Beck summed it up. “I look forward to the design and further development of all ideas along the employee life cycle, and see myself as an ambassador and driving force here,” Beck continues.
NOVUM Hospitality is expanding its strategic corporate goal with the company’s own academy and its own “training hotel” in Hamburg. The HR team will also be further expanded with top talents and experienced managers.
