First Michelin star for ?The Alcron? at Radisson Blu Hotel Prague

?The Alcron?, the fine dining restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel Prague has been awarded with its first Michelin star. The intimate restaurant featuring 24 seats only is headed by Czech chef Roman Paulus and offers an exclusive menu focused on fish and seafood.
