We are closely monitoring the wildfires in Colorado Springs, Colorado and the surrounding area. As always, the safety and security of our guests and employees is a top priority. At this time we have three hotels that have been evacuated as a result of a mandatory order. All guests at these three hotels have been safely relocated. We are working closely with local authorities, and our hotels have well-prepared emergency and evacuation plans. We will continue to do as much as we can to take care of our guests and make them as comfortable as possible.
The three hotels currently evacuated are:
– Fairfield Inn Colorado Springs Air Force Academy
– TownePlace Suites Colorado Springs
– Colorado Springs Marriott
All three hotels are franchise properties. Marriott operates a total of 14 hotels across six brands in the Colorado Springs area.
Cancellation fees are being waived at the three hotels that have been evacuated. Guests concerned about reservations at any of the area hotels should contact the hotel directly or Marriott Reservations at 1-800-228-9290.
