Restaurant Managers all over the UK are invited to compete in this prestigious competition to become the UK Restaurant Manager of the Year.
The competition has been run by the Academy of Food & Wine Service for four years and aims to acknowledge and reward the best in the industry ? whether small individual boutique establishments, popular fine-dining sites or those part of a larger food and beverage organisation.?
Anyone who fulfils the role of a Restaurant Manager is welcome to enter. Your job title doesn?t have to be ?Restaurant Manager? but you should be undertaking the typical work and activities associated with the role: responsibility for the business performance and co-ordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.??

The winner will be announced and presented with their award at the UK Restaurant Manager of the Year Award Gala Dinner at The Westbury, 37 Conduit Street, London, W1S 2YF on the evening of Monday 22nd October 2012, in front of a highly influential and inspirational audience.
The winner will receive: A trophy, certificate and a fantastic prize. Staying in the luxurious suite at the MAve Hotel, a Modern Boutique Hotel in Manhattan, the winner will undertake a ?stage? at a top New York restaurant.?
