As part of its ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, throughout the week of July 16, Wyndham Worldwide associates will be able to participate in diversity and inclusion educational offerings, cultural awareness activities including music and dance demonstrations, philanthropic events and presentations by Associate Business Groups (ABGs), which are Wyndham Worldwide-sponsored associate groups that share common interests and promote professional development and inclusion throughout the company. ABG examples include: WYNPride, which is focused on professional development of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community; I-VOW, which focuses on recruitment, retention and professional development for veteran employees; and Women on Their Way, which supports the development and advancement of women across the globe.
Most recently, RCI, part of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, a prominent participant in the company-wide WYNPride Associate Business Group, was named a member of Out & Equal Indiana?s Leadership Council. Out & Equal Workplace Advocates is the preeminent national organization devoted to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community.
