Three restaurants within Dorchester Collection?s UK properties, The Dorchester, Coworth Park in Ascot and London?s latest, 45 Park Lane, have been acknowledged within Wine Spectator?s 2012 Restaurant Wine List Awards for their notable lists. Wine Spectator?s esteemed awards programme honours 3,795 restaurants every year, across more than 70 countries, for their top-quality wine lists.
The fine-dining Restaurant Coworth Park and Wolfgang Puck?s modern American steak restaurant, CUT at 45 Park Lane, received ?Best of Award of Excellence? and the classically British, Grill at The Dorchester was honoured an ?Award of Excellence?. This is the second year that The Grill and Restaurant Coworth Park have been included, with the latter excelling from ?Award of Excellence? in 2011 to ?Best of Award of Excellence? in 2012.
Opening together with the hotel in September 2011, CUT at 45 Park Lane?s wine list is overseen by sommelier, Vanessa Cinti, and includes an emphasis on American wine, showcasing some of the country?s finest producers alongside a strong cross-section of wines from around the globe including new and old world selections. Having worked in America for almost ten years, Vanessa has been with Wolfgang Puck since 2006 and was most recently wine director at his Spago restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch.

Coworth Park
Coworth Park is a 70-room luxury country house hotel and spa set in 240 acres of picturesque Berkshire parkland just 45 minutes from central London and 20 minutes from Heathrow airport. Its location, unrivalled in the UK for the ease and convenience of its transport links, is also enhanced by its own helipad. Dorchester Collection?s ninth hotel 45 Park Lane opened on 1st September 2011 with Wolfgang Puck?s first venture in Europe, CUT at 45 Park Lane. Throughout the intimate-sized hotel, luxurious and contemporary interiors by New York based designer, Thierry Despont, provide a club-like feel offering international guests a smart, central environment from which to enjoy London.
