Morgan Brings More Than 30 Years Of Human Resources Experience, Including 13 Years In Hospitality
Merrillville, Ind. (August 16, 2012) – White Lodging Services is pleased to announce Harold Morgan will be joining White Lodging as the new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Morgan begins his new position Sept. 10.

In his new role, Morgan will be responsible for all human resources-related functions and providing strategic human resources leadership and vision. Harold will provide consultative advice to senior leadership on execution of business strategy and identify opportunities to help improve White Lodging’s organizational effectiveness and growth objectives.

Morgan has spent more than 30 years working in human resources and brings the experience necessary to help White Lodging continue its pattern of strong, strategic growth.
Previously the global vice president of human resources for IDEX Corp., Morgan managed 12 direct reports and 60 human resource directors at the global manufacturer for the past four years. Morgan also spent time as the senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Bally Total Fitness as well as its senior vice president and chief human resources officer.
For 13 years, Morgan worked with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, filling a variety of roles from a corporate management trainee immediately after he graduated college to the company’s corporate director of employee and labor relations for Chicago.
Morgan graduated with a degree in Human Resources and Labor Economics from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and is a Certified Compensation Professional. He was a member of the board of directors and search committee chairman for the International Heath and Racket Sports Association, a member of the Organization Resources Counselors, a member of the Human Resources Policy Association and a member of the Machinery and Allied Products Institute.
