Salamander Hotels & Resorts appoints Allen Goodman as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hammock Beach Resort

Palm Coast, Fla. ? Salamander Hotels & Resorts has appointed Allen Goodman as the new director of sales and marketing at Hammock Beach Resort.

The beachside Palm Coast property is part of Salamander?s new Grand Golf Resorts of Florida collection, which also includes Innisbrook Resort in Tampa Bay, Reunion Resort in Orlando and a Legends of Golf Trail featuring 162 holes of golf.

Goodman joins Hammock Beach from his former position as vice president of sales at Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Fairfax, Va. He was also previously the director of sales and marketing for Innisbrook Resort.

A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Goodman is overseeing all sales-related functions for Hammock?s meetings and convention business, as well as catering, golf group sales and local marketing initiatives. He belongs to numerous professional organizations, including Meeting Professionals International, American Society of Association Executives, Professional Convention Management Association and Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International.

Located along 2.4 miles of spectacular Atlantic beach on Florida?s Palm Coast, Hammock Beach Resort features 320 accommodations, including a 12-story tower of ocean view luxury suites, resort spa, 91,000 square-foot multi-level water park with lazy river, and an intimate 20-room lodge that features spectacular ocean and golf course views.
