In August, a selected number of GMs in Thailand have been invited to improve their skills and expertise during a one day Development Center organized by the Academie Accor. This session includes on line reasoning skill and personality tests, simulations and group activities. At the end of the session, each participating GM will get his/her own personal development plan.
The program aims to assist GMs to improve their skills and expertise in all aspect of management ranging from Finance, S&M, distribution and leadership.
