As from 1 January 2013, Air France will introduce its new organization, in line with the announced schedule, in an aim to place the customer at the heart of its strategy and restore the Company?s competitiveness.
This new organization is structured around eight business lines: long-haul, medium-haul at Paris-CDG, Paris-Orly and French stations, the French Regional Hub, Transavia France, cargo operations, Air France Industries and Servair.
Each of these businesses will strive to improve the economic performance of its sector of activity. It will be responsible for cost control of its scope of activities as well as the control and monitoring of the implementation of Transform 2015.
Each of the eight businesses will be represented on the Air France Executive Committee.
To implement this new organization, the Air France Executive Committee is changi
- Patrick Alexandre has been appointed Executive Vice President – International and the Netherlands. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Servair. In addition to his new functions within the Air France Group, Patrick Alexandre will also be Project Manager Air France-KLM Commercial passenger operations.
- Alain-Herv? Bernard has been appointed Executive Vice President – Medium-Haul Passenger Activity Paris-CDG. He is currently Executive Vice President – In-flight service.
- Alain Malka has been appointed Executive Vice President – Air France Cargo. He is currently Senior Vice President of the Caribbean and Indian Ocean route sector.
- Bruno Matheu has been appointed Chief Officer – Long-Haul Passenger Activity. He is currently Chief Commercial Officer.
- Florence Parly has been appointed Executive Vice President – Passenger Activity Paris-Orly and French Stations. She is currently Executive Vice President – Air France Cargo.
- Anne Rigail has been appointed Executive Vice President – Cabin Crew. She is currently General Manager of the Air France hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
- Nathalie Stubler has been appointed Executive Vice President – Revenue Management, Pricing and Network. She is currently General Manager of the Revenue Management and Pricing division.
The appointment of Michel Emeyriat (currently Executive Vice President – Ground Operations) as administrator and then as Chairman and CEO of Servair will be proposed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors. As such, Michel Emeyriat will be a member of the Air France Executive Committee.
Lionel Gu?rin, currently Chairman and CEO of Airlinair and Transavia France and in charge of the reorganization of the French Regional Hub, will be appointed Chairman and CEO of the French Regional Hub as soon as it is set up. As such, he will be a member of the Air France Executive Committee.
Antoine Pussiau, currently Executive Vice President of the European and North African route sector, will be appointed CEO of Transavia France. As such, he will be a member of the Air France Executive Committee.
