This special 9-course romantic themed menu begins with a stunning manifestation of love at the first sight. A series of gastronomic experiences demonstrating the evolution of romance is complemented by elegant and artistic Japanese displays. Featured dishes are named after poetic love scenes including Sweet encounters, Full of warmth, Fall for each other, Call you mine, Made for each other, Love never changes and Long lasting love. A beautifully presented fruit dessert will be served to give a long-lasting touch of sweetness.

Goose Liver Bean Curd, Sea Eel Sushi, Braised Shrimp, Abalone in Jelly, Crab Meat Roll

The starter is made from the wonderful assortment of Goose Liver Bean Curd, Sea Eel Sushi, Braised Shrimp, Abalone in Jelly and Crab Meat Roll. Thanks to the alluring artistic decoration, the dish looks just like a piece of fine art, inviting guests to fall in love with it at first sight.

Tuna, Yellow Tail, Scallop, Botan Shrimp

The chef at Inagiku selected Tuna, Yellow Tail, Scallop and Botan Shrimp for this sashimi platter. These ingredients are all directly imported from Japan once every other day in order to ensure their freshness for guests to savor the best and authentic quality, and recall the sweetest moments when they first met.

Grilled Lobster with Sea Urchin

 This perfect complement of tastes made from the skillfully grilled Lobster with Sea Urchin by the chefs at Inagiku. The combination of the sweet and creamy Sea Uni with the crispy Lobster delivers a multi-sense dining experience and allows guests to experience the taste of the perfect marriage of the two ingredients as if they are made for each other.

Braised Wagyu Beef and Radish with Wild Pepper Sauce

Appreciating Japanese cuisine is an art; the chefs at Inagiku cook premium ingredients with great devotion, patience and passion. They have especially selected the top quality A5 grade Wagyu beef for this significant occasion and named it “Call you mine”. Guests can express their eternal love through this dish. The creamy Radish complements the tender Wagyu beef with its moisture.
