? Air France expects to operate all long-haul flights.
? Short and medium-haul flight schedule from Paris-CDG and Paris-Orly will be adapted.
? Air France staff are doing all they can for their customers to limit any disruption cause by these bad weather conditions.
Heavy snowfall is expected as from tonight 11pm and all day Sunday 20 January in Paris and the Paris area.
For this reason, the French Civil Aviation Authority has asked all airlines operating out of Paris airports to take preventive measures and to reduce their flight schedules by 40% to and from the Paris airports.
For Sunday 20 January, Air France expects to operate:
? all its long-haul flights.
? 60% of its short and medium-haul flights to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly.
There may, however, be some last-minute delays and cancellations.
Consequently, to limit any inconvenience, Air France recommends its customers planning to travel on 20 January on short or medium-haul flights to or from Orly / Charles-de-Gaulle to postpone their trip if possible.
In all cases, before going to the airport, all customers should consult the flight schedule information, available in real time:
? at www.airfrance.com, in the ?Flight schedules? section
? at mobile.airfrance.com or the Air France iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry apps
? by texting your flight number to 6 3654 (e.g.: AF6250).
Air France also enables its customers to change their reservation at no extra charge:
? at www.airfrance.com, in the "View/modify your reservations" section
? by calling 01 57 02 10 58 (from 6:30am to 10pm).

In the case of flight cancellations or delays, Air France has the AF Connect service which informs customers directly on their cell phones, smartphone or by e-mail as long as they have provided their contact information when booking. AF Connect is free of charge and available in 13 languages for all passengers worldwide.
In order to be notified personally by AF Connect, Air France invites its customers to update their contact information (phone and / or e-mail) in their reservation file on the Air France website.
Air France will then be able to inform them personally by SMS or e-mail in case of disruption to their flight.
Furthermore, as access to the Paris airports may be difficult, Air France advises its customers to allow more time to get to the airport.
Air France staff are doing all they can to minimize the possible impact of snowfall for its customers and are at their disposal to inform and assist them.
