In the French Overseas Departments, the Company continues to roll out its strategy of upgrading its offer as part of its Transform 2015 plan.
A constantly changing upgraded offer?
Starting 31 March, Air France will offer its customers travelling in Business cabin an enhanced catering service with new menus accompanied by bread or hot croissants depending on the meal, special attentions and a new, more varied selection of beverages. A refreshing welcome oshibori will be offered to customers on all flights and meals will be presented in new redesigned tableware. New beverages, such as rum, Planter?s punch, Schweppes Agrum citrus or acerola juice will also be available.?
At the airport, customers travelling in Business class will benefit from the full range of SkyPriority advantages offering fast priority access throughout the airport. Each Business passenger will also be able to check in free of charge 2 bags weighing up to 32kg each and Flying Blue members will have the opportunity to earn even more Miles.
Even more comfort and space
On the Regional Caribbean Network, Business customers benefit from more personal space on board in a redesigned cabin that now seats only four passengers per row: the middle seat is systematically left free to guarantee them the peace and comfort they seek on board.??Air France?s Regional Caribbean network connects Pointe-?-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Cayenne, Port-au-Prince, Miami and San Domingo. ?Two Airbus A320s and dedicated crews operate more than 30 weekly flights.
