Air France and WestJet launch an enhanced partnership

The “AF” code is now on a selection of WestJet flights connecting from Toronto to Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Thunder Bay, Ottawa, Quebec City, Saint-John’s, Moncton and Halifax. Flights to Winnipeg and Calgary also bear the Air France code for both Toronto and Montreal connections to Air France’s direct flights to Paris.
This code-share agreement follows on from the interline arrangement between Air France and WestJet since July 2009. This is the ninth code-share agreement for WestJet, which has 21 interline relationships.

A wider choice of Canadian destinations and a more extensive network

With this enhanced partnerhip, customers travelling from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle ?East benefit from a wider choice of Canadian destinations while Canadian customers benefit from excellent connections to Air France’s global network.?
In summer 2013, Air France will operate 3 daily flights between Paris and Montreal as well as a daily flight between Paris and Toronto. Air France also operates two daily bus services between Ottawa and Montreal-Trudeau.
