In April 2010, Christopher Hache and his new team reopened Les Ambassadeurs restaurant. Just one short year later, it is with great joy and pride that H?tel de Crillon announces its first Michelin star.
Having learned his trade among some of the most illustrious French chefs, including Eric Fr?chon, Alain Senderens and Eric Briffard, Christopher Hache took over the reins of the H?tel de Crillon?s kitchens last January with modesty and passion. At only 29 years old, he is fulfilling his childhood dream as he successfully embraces what is undoubtedly the biggest challenge of his career. In early February, he was named ?Young Chef of the Year? by the renowned Pudlo Guide. Organization, rigor, technique and precision ? these are just a few of the qualities that make Christopher Hache one of the most talented chefs of his generation.
This first star honors the work of an entire team comprised of Amandine Chaignot (Assistant Chef), Justin Schmitt (Sous-Chef), Tarin Bonnefoy (Sous-Chef), J?r?me Chaucesse (Pastry Chef), Pierre Jung (Restaurant Manager) and many others.
