For the second time in three years, Tauck has been named the??World?s Best River Cruise Line??by the readers of Travel + Leisure magazine.
The award, which will be presented to Tauck officials later this month at a ceremony in New York City, is based on the results of the magazine?s annual readers survey. Full survey results and a complete list of winners will be included in the magazine?s August issue.
Travel + Leisure readers determined the overall winner by rating the top river cruise lines in a total of six categories; service, value, itineraries/destinations, activities, cabins and dining. The fact that the criteria was so broad-based makes the honor especially gratifying, according to Tauck CEO Dan Mahar.

TWO NEW RIVERBOATS AND FOUR NEW RIVER CRUISES ON TAP FOR 2014
The announcement of the Travel + Leisure award comes as Tauck is expanding its fleet of European riverboats and adding new river cruise itineraries. In 2014 Tauck will launch its new ms Inspire and ms Savor riverboats (in April and June, respectively), and it will also debut four new river cruise itineraries in Europe, including its first-ever cruises on the Seine in France.
