A vast network serving the CIS

Each week, Air France-KLM offers 112 flights to five CIS destinations: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kiev (Ukraine), Yerevan (Armenia) and Almaty (Kazakhstan). The Group offers nearly 70 flights a week to Moscow and Saint Petersburg from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam-Schiphol. Air France also operates a direct service between Moscow and Marseille, with four weekly flights.

To provide an even broader selection of destinations and greater frequency of flights, Air France-KLM is also developing code share agreements with companies from Russia: Aeroflot, Rossiya Airlines and Ukraine International Airlines.

The best of Air France to CIS destinations

Air France offers customers traveling to the CIS three classes of travel*: Business, Premium Economy and Economy. Russia and CIS destinations are served by Airbus A320 and A330. The Company has developed numerous benefits and exceptional services for Russian travelers as part of its commitment to customer well-being.

An easy journey through airports

Air France, in close collaboration with A?roports de Paris, has developed a range of services to facilitate the arrival of Russian customers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle:

  • Self-service terminals for check-in offer Russian among the language options.
  • A map of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport is available on board in Cyrillic as is a ?Connections help card?.

In addition, special offers for Russian customers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, developed by Air France and A?roports de Paris, are available at: http://www.paris-lifestyle.ru and http://www.airfrance.ru. A new range of customized services at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport is also available to Russian travelers. For example, services include assistance from an Air France agent throughout the airport, reserving hotel rooms or organizing a transfer to the city.

In Marseille, Russian-speaking Air France agents welcome passengers, assisting with check-in and facilitating connections.

On board,?a crew proficient in Russian culture

More than 300 members of Air France have training in Russian culture and the specific needs of Russian customers, contributing to the excellence of hospitality and service. Among these crew members, many are fluent in Russian and make regular flights to Russia and Kiev.

Attentive to the tastes of Russian passengers, Air France takes care to adapt its on board offer, while proposing a fine dining experience ?? la fran?aise.? In the Business and Premium Economy cabins, menus are translated into Cyrillic. In-flight announcements are systematically made in these languages, to and from the cities of the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
