HONOLULU – August 30, 2013?- Halekulani Corporation, which owns and manages Waikiki hotels, Halekulani and Waikiki Parc Hotel, announces the appointment of Marce Olson as Sales Manager-Western Regional Sales Division. Effective immediately, Ms. Olson will lead Halekulani Corporation’s Domestic US Sales Team in California, where she will oversee all wholesale, retail agencies, and corporate accounts.

Ms. Olson joins Halekulani with an extensive career in the travel industry, where she has worked in sales for almost 25 years. Most recently, as the Director of Sales at Shutters on The Beach & Hotel Casa del Mar, Ms. Olson was instrumental in the increase of overall revenues for the property. Previously, Ms. Olson served as Sales Manager at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel, where she was a two-time recipient of Four Seasons’ “President’s Club” and “Achiever’s Club” awards. Focusing on Group and Individual Travel Markets, Ms. Olson has also held Sales Manager positions at Le Parker Meridien, New York; Essex House, New York; and Embassy Suites Hotels, Chicago. She is a graduate of De Pauw University, Greencastle, IN.
