RHG was selected by Genesar, owner of the hotels, after an extensive search for a management company. They will work closely with the owner for the long term planning of the assets and to execute strategies to capitalize on the recent extensive capital improvement program, completed earlier this year.? The agreement includes the 170-room Dunes Manor Hotel, known for the Victorian-style setting, expansive deck and locally popular oceanfront dining, afternoon teas, and conference space for groups and events.?
