October 22, 2013?- Continuing its relaunch after a $100 million renovation, Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort has appointed Jacques Chretien as Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage. He will augment the resort’s several dining options all under his leadership, starting with the new Asian menu at Cane Bar.
Chef Chretien brings with him almost 30 years of experience, including the Michelin-starred La Tour d’Argent in Paris and Chez Bruneau in Belgium.
