COLORADO SPRINGS, CO?Industry veteran Jack Damioli is joining The Broadmoor in January in the newly created position of VP/Managing Director.
Damioli will report directly to President/CEO Steve Bartolin?and will oversee The Broadmoor?s sales, marketing and conferences, human resources, food and beverage, engineering, golf, retail and loss prevention departments.

Damioli comes to The Broadmoor from Gasparilla Inn and Golf Club in Boca Grande, FL, where he has was president/general manager for the past seven years. Prior to that, Damioli served 22 years at The Greenbrier, working in various departments and managerial capacities, including golf, front desk, conference services, resident manager, director of operations and six years as general manager.

Bartolin continued. ?I had an opportunity to work directly with Jack for four years at The Greenbrier from 1987 to 1991 and followed his successes and professional development over the course of his career. Jack Damioli is one of the top professionals in our industry. His experience is especially relevant because he understands the unique challenges of operating a historic property similar size and scope to The Broadmoor. Having him join our team will give us additional strength as we continue to grow and evolve.?
