Wyndham Hotel Group, the world?s largest hotel company with approximately 7,440 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NSYE: WYN), today announced the signing of a new franchise agreement with Smugglers Cove Beach Resort Limited to open the first Ramada? property in Fiji, a 40-apartment resort on Wailoaloa Beach in Nadi Bay.
Ramada Suites Smugglers Cove Fiji, currently under construction, is due to be completed in early 2015. The agreement plays a key role in Wyndham Hotel Group?s strategy to grow the Ramada brand throughout the South Pacific. The signing adds a new destination to the brand?s network of nearly 830 hotels worldwide, including 11 hotels currently open and operating in Australia, New Zealand, Guam and New Caledonia.

The resort will be located on the beach at Nadi Bay, a 15-minute drive from Nadi International Airport and Port Denarau Marina. It will offer a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a massage and spa facility, a fitness centre, a lap pool and a gourmet deli.
Guests will also be able to enjoy the facilities offered by neighbouring property Smugglers Cove Beach Resort, which include a restaurant, bar and diving and water activities.
