In recognition of his continued success with the company, The Hotel Group (THG) announced the appointment of Robert E. Lee to senior vice president of real estate. In this role, Lee is responsible for leading the company?s real estate and business development teams as well as future hotel renovations and capital projects.
A member of The Hotel Group since 1990, Lee brings more than 20 years of hospitality and leadership experience to his new position. Lee previously served as vice president of The Hotel Group since 2004 after serving in various operations, accounting and
development roles within the company. In the past ten years, Lee opened 15 properties and managed more than $65 million in major renovation projects. His leadership duties included overseeing owned hotel renovations and new construction projects, managing
client communications and conducting feasibility analysis for future THG developments. Prior to joining The Hotel Group, Lee worked in customer service, accounting and hotel development. Lee holds a Master?s Degree in Business Administration from Seattle
University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Central Washington University.
