The region Languedoc in southwestern France is one of the biggest wine growing areas in the country. Wine plays a big role in the cuisine as well. In the restaurant “Domaine d?Auriac” in Carcassonne, wine is the perfect ingredient for star chef Philippe Deschamps’s recipes. For Euromaxx, he’s preparing porcini mushroom ravioli in a sparkling wine sauce.
