InterContinental Hotels Group and Orange Lake Resorts start construction on a six-storey addition of 27 upscale villas as part of the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Myrtle Beach-South Beach Resort.
The building will feature eight two-bedroom, 12 three-bedroom and seven four-bedroom ?Signature Collection? villas and is expected to open in January 2016.
