Aloft Dublin-Pleasanton, owned by Zenique Hotels, is slated to open in March 2017 with 120 loft-like rooms on the East Bay side of the San Francisco Bay area.
“Aloft will operate nine hotels in California by 2017, with much of the brand’s growth fuelled by rising demand in and around Silicon Valley,” says Allison Reid, senior vice president of North America Development, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
On track to open its 100th hotel later this year, Aloft operates in 15 countries and represents Starwood’s second largest hotel pipeline. Hotels are coming onstream in Munich, Stuttgart, Dubai, Nepal, and Indonesia.
