W Los Angeles DowntownStarwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide together with Shenzhen Hazens Real Estate Group announces a deal to expand the W brand?s long-time presence in Los Angeles with the signing of the 250-room W Los Angeles Downtown, slated to open early in 2019.
Located within an upscale mixed-use development directly across from the L.A. LIVE entertainment complex, the hotel will join W Los Angeles ? West Beverly Hills and W Hollywood as the brand?s third hotel in the metropolis.

Shenzhen Hazens Real Estate Group, one of China?s top real estate enterprises, was established in 1996 with a focus on high quality, mixed-use projects in gateway markets.
It has focused its overseas investment in Los Angeles including the Sheraton Gateway LAX, a new Starwood Hotel in San Gabriel, and its flagship investment in Downtown Los Angeles.
