Marriott International opens its first property in Ghana under the Protea brand. The Protea Hotel Select Takoradi features 132 rooms, including 12 two-bedroom apartments.
Marriott International Middle East & Africa president Alex Kyriakidis said the opening of the hotel under the Protea Hotels brand showcases Marriott?s focus on expanding its own footprint, as well as Protea Hotels in strategic growth areas within Africa.
