TJM Atlantic City adds a third property to its portfolio with the purchase of the 274-room Radisson Philadelphia Northeast.
The recently formed hotel management company purchased the Radisson for US$15 million.
?We are expanding and building a varied portfolio that will include individual hotels, branded properties and resorts,? said Cem Erenler, vice president operations and business development for TJM Atlantic City.
Erenler is also general manager of Atlantic City?s Claridge Hotel, now TJM Atlantic City?s flagship. The company also owns the Atlantic Club, formerly the Hilton Hotel and Casino.
