The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, will debut the brand’s first hotel in Tokyo in July 2016.
Owned by Prince Hotels, The?Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho,?a?Luxury Collection Hotel, with 250 guestrooms, marks The Luxury Collection’s second property in Japan, following the opening of Suiran in Kyoto in April 2015.

Shigeyoshi Akasaka, president of Prince Hotel, said: ?The demand for luxury hospitality continues to be on the rise in Japan, especially as Tokyo prepares to host the 2020 Summer Olympic Games and the Paralympics.?
In 2015, Starwood signed four hotels and opened three properties in Japan: Sheraton Kiroro Hokkaido Resort; The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido; and The Westin Rusutsu Resort. The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioichio will mark Starwood’s fourth hotel in Tokyo.
