Choice Hotels Asia-Pac, one of Australasia’s largest and fastest growing hotel franchisors, won Best People & Culture at the 2016 IQPC Contact Centre Awards held recently on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Awarded to Choice Hotels Asia-Pac in recognition of its recruitment and retention programme in its contact centre and focus on customer service, teamwork and cooperation, communication and personal development.

The Contact Centre Awards identify excellence in customer service and workplace culture.
