Thailand’s Erawan Group aims for 15 percent revenue growth this year. It projects an average occupancy rate of 80 percent in 2016, up seven percent from a year earlier.
It expects the occupancy rate in the first quarter to rise to 83 percent, versus 77 percent in the same period last year.
The group plans to invest 10 billion baht (US$282.41 million) during 2016-2020.
