The Langham, Hong Kong appoints Matthieu Godard as executive pastry chef.
The French native will oversee the pastry department in all western restaurants, including Palm Court, Bostonian Seafood and Grill, Main St. Deli, The Food Gallery and Artesian bar, along with the hotel’s catering operation and in-room dining.
He was previously head pastry chef of two Michelin-star Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
