Outrigger announces two key management appointments.
Anita Travis is promoted to corporate director, global contact centre, located in Denver, Colorado, while Gloria Cheung joins as corporate director, HR services, based in the Hawaii corporate offices.
Travis was director of Outrigger’s call-centre operations since 2013.
Cheung joins from Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she held several human resources positions since 1997. Most recently she was director of human resources at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort.
