Japan’s All Nippon Airways is partnering with Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai to offer a tailored gourmet menu for business class passengers flying out of Shanghai to Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya in September and November.
Two four-course menus have been designed by Chinese executive chef David Liu of the Summer Palace – Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai’s signature Chinese restaurant.
Each menu is “crafted for gourmet dining in the sky”, allowing passengers to sample the authentic flavours of Cantonese cuisine by Summer Palace.
