London, Paris, Berlin – The German capital is booming in terms of tourism and new hotels. 30 million over night stays (+5%) are counted per year yet. Since 2010 the number of arrivals rised by 37% and overnight stays increased by 45%, a study of BNP Paribas revealed.
According to tophotelprojects.com 29 new hotels are being planned, i.e. large houses of low budget design group Motel One. Actually 531 hotels with 113,000 rooms are under operation in Berlin, six percent more than in 2010.
