Wyndham Hotel Group’s growth continues with the strategic expansion of its upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand into Indonesia’s Lombok Island, scheduled for opening in mid-2018.
The all-suite Wyndham Lombok Sundancer Resort is being developed by PT Wisata Bahagia Indonesia under a management agreement with PT Wyndham Hotel Management, an Indonesian subsidiary of Wyndham Hotel Group.
The signing follows Wyndham’s recent announcement of five newly acquired managed hotels under the upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand and upper-upscale Wyndham Grand brands in Bali and Palembang in Indonesia, as well as Cam Ranh and Nha Trang in Vietnam.
The company currently has more than 110 hotels throughout Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim with 11 hotels and resorts branded under its Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and Wyndham Garden flags.

Wyndham Lombok Sundancer is set on 48 hectares of beachfront land in Southern Lombok and offers close proximity to one of the world’s most famous surfing breaks, Desert Point. The all-suite resort will feature 66 one and two-bedroom suites with a living area overlooking the Lombok Straits and its surrounding islets.
The resort will offer a host of leisure facilities including an all-day dining restaurant, a 900 square metre pool with a swim-up bar and deep water area for diving lessons. A private beach club with a bar will be located on the beachfront as well as an outdoor activity provider offering water activities such as jetskiing, windsurfing and diving excursions.
Extensive spa and wellness facilities are available onsite with male and female only sections as well as mixed areas.
