Grand Hyatt Mumbai appointed four key personnel for the multi-dimensional lifestyle complex in the heart of Mumbai including General Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Food & Beverage.
Puneet Singh has joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai as General Manager. With over 25 years of experience across International Luxury Hotels spanning four continents and 10 countries including China, Germany, Turkey, Russia, Tanzania, UAE and Egypt, to name a few, Puneet is a veteran hotelier known to be the game changer in each of his distinct assignments. Puneet is known to be a strategic manager, with an astute business sense, an entrepreneur to the core, with a knack for making money whilst delivering highest standards of service for all stakeholders.
Roshan Rajpal has joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Hotel Manager. Roshan, a graduate in Humanities has over 20 years of experience across global hospitality brands like Crowne Plaza, Carlson Rezidor and Accor in various challenging roles and responsibilities. Her last assignment was as Hotel Manager at Ibis Bengaluru before joining Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Roshan brings her operations, sales & marketing and business development acumen as well as the zeal to create moments of more not just for their guests but also for their associates.
Anuj Bidani joins Grand Hyatt Mumbai as the Director of Sales & Marketing with over 14 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry both internationally and in India. Before joining Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Anuj completed a successful tenure as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Claridges, New Delhi. His previous work experiences include multiple roles at hotels like The Grand & Oberoi at New Delhi, Venetian Macau, Sahara India, Cabana Estates, Fairmont Raffles Hotels at Kolkata and many more.
Jaymon Devassy joins Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Director of Food & Beverage. Jaymon is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in luxury hotels in India and the Middle East. With substantial expertise in food & beverage, restaurant management, banquet operations, guest and associate relations and business development, Jaymon is delighted to be back to the Grand Hyatt Mumbai family. His last assignment was as the Director of Food & Beverage at the Le Meridien Chiang Rai Thailand.
